The brain is responsible for every decision we make and every action we take. Many factors go into the decision making process including reaction time, visual attention, speed, memory and focus. When you combine different brain skill sets into a thinking process it is called brain creativity.
Creativity is the ability to solve problems and create knowledge. If it is true that a large portion of our brain’s power and ability lie dormant during most of our lives than it is up to our brain creativity to unlock our hidden potential and discover new ways for solving problems and thinking creatively.
Training different aspect of our brain skills can help jump start our brain’s creativity. When you practice different brain training techniques such as math puzzles, brain teaser riddles and strategy games you strengthen those areas that are directly responsible for decision making and cognitive thinking.
When all of these areas are functioning at a high level the ability for the brain to come up with new ideas and solutions increases. All new information we store in our minds is processed based on what we know but the more we add the deeper our well becomes from which we can draw creativity and new ideas.
Brain creativity is the potential we all have for improving the way we think, our reaction time to stimulation and even our memories. Enhancing the way you use your brain skills is one way to charge the brain’s creativity and to challenge your mind to come up with different ideas for solving a problem or game.
Certain brain training games focus on particular areas of the brain: chess helps to develop strategic thinking; matching games improve memory and concentration games improve one’s ability to focus. When you combine these skills in a thought process to solve a unique problem or challenge you are tapping into what is known as brain creativity.
Using multiple brain skills that have been strengthened over time due to vigilant brain training will lead to innovative ideas and new ways of thinking that will allow you to tackle unique problems.
